What? Route 11 Erie Branch is evolving!
 
Catch Metro's newest evolution, Route 10 Erie Ave. - Hyde Park! Same route path, new name and number, Route 10 is ready for your next adventure. Gotta catch that bus!

In the event of inclement winter weather, riders are encouraged to:

- Dress warmly and be prepared for service delays
- Download the Transit app for real-time bus arrival updates at https://transitapp.com/
- Pin your route in the Transit app to receive real-time updates about detours and service interruptions for your route
- View our service detours blog for more information
-  Contact Metro’s Customer Care with any questions. Metro’s Customer Care Center (513-632-7575) is open weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekends and holidays.

IMPORTANT: Metro buses cannot stop safely on snowy or icy hills. Customers should board at the top or bottom of hills.

Inclement winter weather will begin early Tuesday, December 2. Metro will still run service but snow and ice may cause detours and delays.

As part of Metro’s ongoing commitment to improving the customer experience, service and schedule adjustments will take effect beginning December 7, 2025.
 
Among the changes is the introduction of a new Route 10, which will replace the current Route 11 Erie branch. The route path will remain the same, but will now operate under the new Route 10 designation. Additional updates will be made to Routes 1, 3X, 21, 24, 27, 30, 43, 64, 65, 75X, 78 and 81, with schedules adjusted to better align with traffic patterns and ridership trends.
 
Additionally, Rts. 24, 30, 75X, and 81 will be serviced at the new Anderson Center Station Park & Ride. The facility includes covered parking and an indoor waiting area for customers.
